Funding Available in Scotland for Biomass Boilers

Home Energy Scotland are providing grants and interest-free loans to help with energy efficiency measures for homeowners in Scotland. Maximum funding of £15,000 is available for biomass boilers or stoves, with a £7,5000 grant potentially available upon evidence that a heat pump is unsuitable in the property. This increases to £9,000 provided the household qualifies for the rural uplift.
